You know meditation is good for you— but you find it challenging. You think you suck at it, you get antsy, it leaves you feeling more stressed than you were when you started… If that sounds like you, then this low-pressure, intro-to-meditation series might be of benefit!

You’ll learn the benefits and basics of mindfulness meditation, different “anchors,” we can use to return to awareness, practical tools for bringing mindfulness into your day-to-day experience, and trauma-informed ways to approach meditation practice. I’ll share techniques from some of the best meditation teachers out there and we’ll keep it super real - this is a no-fluff-zone :)


SERIES DETAILS:

We will gather on Sunday mornings in January on Zoom. Each meeting will be just 30 min and will include a short talk, gentle movement to help settle the body and mind, bite-sized, exploratory meditation sessions, and opportunities to check in and ask questions.

This series is for beginners, skeptics, cynics, mindfulness-curious folks, or anyone with a yoga or meditation practice who wants to sit in community with others!

Each Zoom session will be recorded, so no worries if you can’t make it live!
